Great value for money for a family
It's not exactly a hotel but rather an apartment - it does not have a restaurant or breakfast. That said, it's super clean and new, safe and staff was helpful.

Comfortable stay with a fantastic view of the Skytree close to Asakusa in a quiet neighbourhood
The KOKO Hotel Residence is situated in a quiet(!!) neighbourhood that is within walking distance of Asakusa district and the Senso-Ji Temple (10 minutes). There is also a bigger supermarket close by (5 minutes walking) that has a great selection of food and drinks. The KOKO Hotel staff was very welcoming and was super helpful in finding vegetarian restaurants for us. The lobby also provided amenities that you can take to your room, e.g. toilettries as well as coffee powder, tea or cacao. Our room was situated in the upper levels with a great view of the Skytree (just a wonderful sight at night). The room matched the descriptions and pictures advertised. The room size was quite big for Japanese standards, enough space to relax and move around. The bed was big and did fit 2 people easily. It was the best bed during our Japan trip, not as hard as other beds we slept on. The room was super quiet, not much noise from outside. There is currently a small building site close by, the sounds were minimal during our stay even with open windows. The window can be opened, which was a plus, not wide but enough to let fresh air in. The airconditioning worked fine and did not disturb us during sleep. There was a fully equipped kitchen with some pots and pans (enough to cook a simple meal), dishes and cutlery, glasses and cups for up to 4 people. There was a small fridge (which was a bit loud, but can be disconnected from the power source), a small oven, and a microwave. The toilet is separate from the bath- and powderroom, a separation we appreciated. There was also a washing machine that was very valuable for us. It is easy to use by the english instruction provided and includes a drying programm as well. Overall, we really liked our stay at the KOKO Hotel Residence and would stay there again.
- the fridge was a bit loud (and maybe could replaced) - the KOKO Hotel Residence is a bit far from the Ginza metro line (best access to the city), to compensate use the Tsukuba Express line which is much closer (5 minutes walking) than the Tawaramachi Station/Ginza Line (ca. 800 meter, 10 minutes)
